1. Know Yourself
We start with you. Who are you underneath all the roles you play and all the things you’re responsible for?
You’ll leave with a clearer picture of where the person you’ve learned to be may be different from the person you actually are.
2. Know What You Want
This is where I’m going to ask you to forget, temporarily, about what’s practical or reasonable.
What do you want if no one else gets a vote?
You’ll create an unfiltered list of what you want before deciding what’s possible.
3. Know Your Reality
Then we look at your actual life. Where are your time, attention and energy going, and does that match what you just told me matters to you?
You’ll see where your current life fits what you want and where it doesn’t.
4. Know the Gap
Once we can see the gap, we can start talking about what might need to change.
It could be a boundary, a conversation, asking for something, letting something go or finally saying out loud what you’ve known for a while.
You’ll identify one meaningful shift you’re ready to make.
5. Know Your Messengers
We’ll also look at the things that tend to get labeled as problems—frustration, resistance, overwhelm, resentment, fear or that nagging feeling that something isn’t right.
Instead of immediately trying to get rid of them, we’ll ask what they might be telling you.
You’ll start learning how to listen to yourself differently.
6. Know Your Power
In our final session, we bring everything together.
You’ll create your personal Know Document, in your own words, capturing what you now know about yourself, what matters to you, what you want and what you’re ready to choose next.
Because the point isn’t to spend ten weeks learning about yourself and then put everything in a folder.
KNOW is what makes GO possible.

KNOW is what makes GO possible.
I’m not promising that ten weeks with me will magically give you all the answers. In fact, I hope you leave with some new questions.
What I do want is for you to know yourself well enough that when you walk into a room, make a decision or think about what comes next, you aren’t automatically looking outside yourself for the answer.
You can say:
I know who I am. I know what I think. I know what I want. And I trust myself enough to decide what comes next.
That, to me, is going Beyond Capable.
